Ar. Manisha Nandi
Meet Manisha Nandi, the founder of Managii India Pvt. Ltd. She comes from
an army background and has a unique perspective that is reflected in her architectural vision.
Educated at Welham Girls High School and Sir JJ College of Architecture, she learned from the best in the field and evolved into a seasoned architect. With 22 years of experience, Manisha has managed numerous turnkey projects from start to finish at m/s 4th dimension. Her designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly
functional, earning her recognition even from the Secretary of Defence.
Under her leadership, 4th dimension has successfully executed large landscape projects, proving her passion for designing beautiful and sustainable spaces
Ar. Naveen Nalla
Meet Lt. Col. Girish Gaikwad, the visionary behind Manaki India Pvt. Ltd. Lt. Col. Girish Gaikwad has a rich and diverse background and brings a unique perspective to the table. His educational journey has taken him from Bhonsala Military University Nasik to Nowrosjee Wadia University, Pune, where he completed his graduation, and further to the University of Military Engineering, Pune, where he completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering. He completed his M Tech in Nuclear Science from Babha Atomic Research Centre Centre, Mumbai. A veteran of the Indian Army (Corps of Engineers) with over 22 years of experience, Lt. Col. Girish Gaikwad has honed his skills in various fields. His expertise ranges from Project Management to Facility Management, Human Resource Personnel management, material management and financial management. He is also a
specialised instructor in CBRN protection and disaster management as well as a qualified Instructor in field research and GIS.
Lt. Col. Girish Gaikwad oversees human resources, administration, facilities management including operations and maintenance, housekeeping and security, Supplier Development and Contract Management, Asset Management and Training of Trainers. Along with the other directors, he has come together under one roof to provide world class services to the customers as Managi India Pvt. Ltd.
